My car was “dragging” when starting after leaving the Saints game. I pulled up to AutoZone twenty minutes before closing, but you would never have known that with the service I received. They graciously came to my aid without hesitation and diagnosed my car’s issue- a bad battery. Their care and service was focused on me, and never was it mentioned they were closing soon. The lady who assisted me was so knowledgeable and friendly. She went the extra mile by taking time to explain and educate me on the battery, including why those battery specifications are needed for my car. I felt confident and comfortable with my battery purchase due to the education I received. The manager Thomas also went above and beyond, assisting me with my battery installation. Thanks to their help and kindness, a stressful situation I experienced pulling up to AutoZone turned into relief, a smile, and a pleasurable experience upon leaving. My car was fixed after the battery installation! I so appreciated the excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this location in the future for all of my automotive needs, regardless of living within minutes of their competitors.
