  Salesperson at Albertson Location was very attentive and professional, problem was I was notified two hours before my rental time that they wouldn’t have my car ready. Call Customer Service put me on hold for 30 minutes. Got very annoyed when I told them I needed to have an answer because I had appointments. Said they would let me know if something changed. Very disappointing advertisements say that they’re really care and they understand. Has not been my experience. Used to be my go to rental.

  2:52 PM on a Tuesday waiting on the outside because Bryson is goofing off in town this place is a disgrace. I made my reservation around 8 o’clock in the morning and I’m still waiting on a rental car while the guy that washes the cars is sitting in the front desk, keeps on saying sorry he’s on his way

  We received our rental and it was not clean very dirty windows where I had to go home and clean the windows to be able to see out the windshield and side windows.
