  This Campers World is a top 10 + We were traveling thru and had difficulty with our slide out not working - We showed up on a Monday at noon. They said they had time to take a look at it - very professional. They called us as soon as they realized our side out was working. We needed our water connection changed. Excellent Mechanic - They did that and once we were leaving, we realized we had a flat tire. It was a bad day for us. We had a call into roadside assistance and Vampers World couldn’t have been more helpful and a manager came out an hour after to make sure we were OK ect and asked if we needed any water. Very professional - would highly recommend!!

  I had a great experience with sales person, Lacie Segura!! She was very patient as we went camper to camper, then back to look again! She was great!! Also, Keith Boudin, was wonderful as we inspected the camper and he explained how everything worked in detail!! And the finance manager, Jake, was also a pleasure to deal with!! Thank you all!!!

  I purchased a 2025 Enlighten around April or May. I didn't know that the gas regulator was defective until we went to use the heater when my stepson came visit us from the Army. I called camper world and they wanted me to call Goodman which I did and he was unable to fix the issue. The viewing glass remains red and no gas anywhere in the camper works. Camper world called me back and I asked them if I can bring in the faulty regular for a swap. They want me to bring the camper in for them to honor the warranty. I had issues with the deadbolt before I left the dealership upon my initial purchase. They "fixed" it only for me to have to make another adjustment for the door to close properly as I had to slam the door and it still didn't latch properly. After working on it the door locks and closes without slamming the door. I would not recommend Camper World as the "managers" aren't fit to manage a bowl of jello much less customers. I'll break it down even more for the managers so that they know exactly how to resolve simple issues. If a customer gets a defective product and wants to help your busy team by replacing the part themselves and its this obvious do a one for one swap.

  Purchased a new forest river forester, From Breaux Bridge used it 1 time, All the floors buckled , brought it back to Breaux Bridge, kept it for don’t remember how long, to much of a big job to for Breaux bridge to tackle, The factory in Indiana sent a driver down to transport it back to Indiana to be fixed, imagine driving it back to Indiana only to put more mileage, factory kept it for two months and a week, transporter drove it back down , mind you more mileage, driver got back with it on 12/9/2025, guess what all her bags were wet, still leaking, bring it back to Breaux Bridge with the intentions of purchasing another one, wanted to give me 70,000 for the camper I purchased for 98 grand that I used one week, Imagine how devastated we were to get a slap in the face., the regional manager was on site, the general manager was going right then, to get with him, we have not heard from her again. Disgusted.

  Great service and very helpful. Blake was very accommodating and very helpful. Keith was very helpful and informative on the phone. The very nice lady at the front desk was extremely nice and wished us a Merry Christmas. Keep it up! Thank you!
