  Excellent service. Waiting area well decorated, clean, and a step above any other tire service I have been at. Prices were good. Asked for American-made tires and they had knowledge of multiple brands and where they are made. I rarely do reviews but they definitely earned my time and energy to write this.

  They were very welcoming, so friendly like dealing with family. The building is absolutely beautiful or a mechanic shop. Customer Service is extraordinary their prices their quality of work top-notch. They are my new shop. I will be using them for anything dealing with my jeep!

  I own a 1 ton dually. Anybody that owns a dually knows it is tough to find a tire shop that can service your tire and alignment needs. Not to mention, actually do a good job while doing so. I am very particular about my vehicles. So much so, it really stresses me when I have to take my vehicle anywhere to have anything done. Ray's is on another level when it comes to a wheel and tire shop! The staff is very friendly, the facility is super nice and clean, and I'm not talking about just the front lobby. I'm talking about the whole facility, shop included. The whole staff acts like they actually care about your vehicle, and the work they are performing while it is there hands. I was able to buy the exact tires I wanted, have them installed, and my front end aligned all in one day. They did amazing work! Even taking the extra time to test drive my truck multiple times to be sure the alignment and steering wheel were perfect. My truck hasn't driven this good since it was new. I even got a call later in the evening to double check and make sure I was completely satisfied with the alignment. Such an awesome experience at Ray's Tire Barn! I will, with out doubt, be back. Thanks again!

  What a joke! Price is good, absolutely no coordination, when they FINALLY got thru with my truck, they have it blocked in with another vehicle on a jack, blocking me in, then they drive it, release it to me and the tire light is on, the tech says it’s on upon arrival, but the one who drove it into shop says it was not, while resetting the light, he left the door open, in a pouring rain And your response is a a lie also, I was mad, NOT verbally abusive, And I did not leave there recklessly. But it’s no surprise that you said that, after lying about the tire light, what about it taking twice as long as you said, what about the pic of the truck blocking mine, what about the door being left open in a pouring rain

  Jam up service. Friendly faces. Private business competing in a corporate world and doing a pretty good job! It’s worth paying a few extra dollars for tires to support the little guy sometimes. But I’ll be honest, I feel like the prices are pretty fair. They’re gonna be a touch more on tires than your big corporate chains, but their services and their warranties are just as good And priced fairly. I feel like they stand behind their work and they’ve been honest with me every time I’ve been there. If you are price shopping, they are probably not gonna be for you. But if you’re looking for small town feel in an uptown area, give them a try. They’ve got my business.
