  I came across this Company looking at FB. And have to say that the next time I need a windshield I’m bringing it to them. The reason why is because when my rear view mirror fell down from the windshield due to me adjusting it too much on a really hot day earlier this year. I took it up there to fix. I fully intended on paying them as I should’ve but they wouldn’t let me saying come back when you need a new windshield! Hats off to the folks at Louisiana Glass for going above and beyond the norm these days! Y’all get my recommendations and my business from now on! Thanks LA Glass!!!!

  Ken Stephenson asked me to email him the estimate I obtained from another company so he could 'price adjust' his company's estimate a little lower so they/his company might secure the work, something I have since learned he should not have asked me to do that is fraud allegedly. Ken Stephenson told me this verbatim. I can not speak on his dealings with others, but this is precisely what Ken Stephenson communicated to me, and documentation of such corroborates my statements. I have the absolute right to post concerning 'my' experience with this company and its owners, as do others. This is his line of work, and I had the reasonable expectation that Ken Stephenson would practice professional business ethics. However, I learned after my experience with him, he did not. Blake Stephenson-Ken's son-became indignant for no reason, and attempted to assign his frustration to me rather than the actual cause-perhaps his and his father's attempt to have me send them something they should not have asked for in an attempt to act in a manner they know they should not which may be illegal allegedly. I do not appreciate this father-son duo and company attempting to take advantage of me or any other would-be customer simply because this is an industry whose inner workings are unbeknownst to us. Horrible. Considering, any company would be glad to accept business from me, there is no need for me to be perturbed about not conducting business with a company who may be attempting something I have been informed is allegedly fraud in the industry. Thus, it is preposterous for any business owner to erroneously assume any customer/potential customer would be perturbed about seeking another company whose business dealings may not consist of alleged fraud. I understand the owners may not relish me posting this review; however, it is a true account of my experience with them, and I have the right to post. I unwaiveringly state Ken Stephenson told me to send him an estimate I received from another company, and he would adjust his price a little lower than theirs. His exact words were "Why dont you email me their estimate, and I'll make mine similar to theirs just a few dollars cheaper." That is truth. If the owners are perturbed, they should be perturbed at themselves for their own acts.
