Only planned on an oil change but upon learning about all the other services offered, I took full advantage. A handful of staff serviced my car, all of whom were friendly, professional, efficient, and kept me in the loop. And even the employees working on other vehicles were so friendly & professional. Rico, who I interacted the most, provided truly exceptional customer service! He was warm & friendly, (treating me like a family member or old friend) knowledgeable, provided clear, succinct explanations of what was recommended and was transparent about cost without pressuring me into spending more than I was comfortable with. It felt very honest & above board which I greatly appreciated. He brought me a bottle of water while I waited and even offered to help me locate a place that could repair some paint damage. I later learned that he was the service manager which I found impressive due to his young age and how much of the actual work he was doing himself vs just "supervising." I arrived around 2p at the start of a rush of customers. Despite how busy it was, they changed my oil, replaced a light, rotated my tires, did the transmission and changed the air filter all in about an hour. Great customer service is, unfortunately, not as common as it should be but these ladies & gentlemen bring their A-game! Thank you, Rico & team for providing a great customer experience and putting my mind at ease re: my vehicular procrastination 😂. I will absolutely be back in the future!
