- JMJay Martinez2 days ago1.0I brought my own tire pressure sensors to replace I showed them to the lady at the desk and she said they would try it why didn’t they tell me those sensors wouldn’t work before they took my tires off and balanced them for nothing they made me waste 2 hours of my day coming back and fourth what a joke they should have checked before doing the work literally for nothing since I didn’t need my tires took en off other then for the sensors so the work they did was pretty much useless $112 and 2 hours for nothing

I was quoted a “worst case scenario” price that I thought was very fair btw. After inspection, they called and said that they could fix the problem at nearly a quarter of the price quoted. It drives great and doesn’t make any noise in the front end. They could’ve easily done unnecessary work and charged more, but they showed a high level of integrity and gained a customer for life.

I brought a trailer to them and asked for three tires which they did not have in stock, but they were able to quickly get them and I had my trailer back before the sun went down. I’ll be using them again when my truck needs tires!

I was greeted with 3 smiling faces at 745a which made me feel a tad bit better however what made me feel absolutely blown away was what came next. I sat in the waiting area scrolling through my phone and I hear a voice say “We are about to pray in the shop if you all would like to join us”. Of course I got up so quick my knee stopped hurting 😂 as I entered the shop, I heard amen and my little heart sank and I said “I missed it.. Dang” One of the guys said run it back for the customer. THANK YOU SIR.. I LOVED every word of it.
