    Everytime I want to get a car rental it is Enterprise, Benton rd, bossier city. I get right in, my car is waiting on me since I always reserve. It is clean and ready to go. The best part is....all the guys upfront and in the back meet me with a smile and treat me with kindness. The staff upfront are almost all new staff within a few months, transferred from other locations. It's running smooth and professional. I give them 5 stars. I recommend them to anyone who needs a car rental. Thank you Enterprise, Benton Rd, Bossier City,La.

    The staff at this location were outstanding and really went above and beyond. The representative was friendly, professional, and made sure I understood everything about my rental before I left. My rental was a brand new Nissan Rogue with only 16 miles driven on it. This kinda of customer service makes the rental process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this location and gave it 5 stars.
