  Most of the time they don’t pick the call and when you go there to pick Car is not available even though you book the reservations. They take unexpected holidays when and just close the office. No good cars and its always same old few cars they have.

  Can’t leave 0 or I would. I rented a car Christmas Eve morning. I locked the keys in the trunk of a 2024 Toyotas Camry. FYI the trunk can NOT be accessed by the cabin or the car! Yes I know it was my fault but the additional things could have been avoided with proper communication. So a tow truck had to come and tow the car. I was told I could go 30 mins away to a location that was open later for the holidays. I get there and this lady at National that I was told to go to that desk, will NOT do it bc she needs the keys. I explained the situation and get Enterprise road side assistance on the phone for the 9th time which they told to her and she says no. They asked for her name and identification number and she refused to give that info. We have to take an uber 30 mins back. I get up and try again Friday morning, made a reservation, was told they have cars, etc. get there, no cars!! Had to get a ride back home. Never again enterprise. Yes it was my fault I locked the keys in the car but all the other false information didnt have to be.

  I had a good experience with these car renters while my car was in the shop. They DO NOT accept Cash App cards, I ended up having to switch the funds onto my other card to pay the security deposit. I did get a decent car out of it, all in all. I've loved my new Nissan Sentra so far, I might actually look to lease one eventually. The person at the front desk the day I got my rental was very friendly and patient with me.

  Booked ahead of time, Ubered here just to be told they don’t have any cars, never using this location again and I would recommend you don’t either. ALWAYS an issue when booking here, I meant to book Benton Roads location and when I seen it was East Texas St. I just knew there would be an issue when I arrived. Asked worker to cancel my reservation and he said he would, never did and had to cancel on my own after purchasing another Uber home. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND THERE IS SOME SORT OF ISSUE EVERY TIME. They also only ever seem to have one employee whos running around doing everything serving 4-5 customers at once, either extend your hours or hire another damn employee.
