    Very welcoming when picking up the vehicle. And very easy to work with if you need the rental and extra day. She was very helpful. This is East Texas location

    What a joke! DO NOT GO HERE! For the 4th time, after reserving a rental car, got to the place and they had no cars! I even called the on Friday to confirm this would not happen again. I am looking into what kind of charges can be filed against this business - allowing cars to be reserved when there are no available vehicles is falsely representing their inventory! And in the meantime, I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General of our state for deceptive trade practices / false advertising and now that I think about it, I will also call the Department of Motor Vehicle/Licensing and ask about doing an inquiry for a licensed business that repeatedly fails to honor reservations / misleading booking practices. An inquiry or audit at least needs to take place!

    Not telling a customer a car is not available the day of, after being booked for days, is insane. Not to mention I walk in and the man at the desk didn’t greet anybody. I believe he was scrolling on his phone but I could be wrong. They claimed they tried to call me, I’m assuming this is the go-to response now after reviewing multiple other reviews encountering this same issue, they indeed did not call me. I have screenshots of the booking done in advance and my call log. No response/apology is needed from this poor leadership as it will not resolve today’s error from your team.

    I’ve been a customer at this location for weeks without any issues, that is, until I had to deal with Erin. She was completely inflexible and rude. When a scheduling conflict came up due to my work at a funeral home—where my schedule isn’t always up to me—I hoped for some compassion and understanding. Instead, she escalated the situation unnecessarily and showed zero willingness to work with me. Even my insurance adjuster was shocked by how poorly this was handled. This wasn’t about policy. This was about a manager who chose to be petty instead of professional. There was zero customer service, zero flexibility, and zero compassion. If you’re renting here, I sincerely hope you don’t have to deal with Erin.
