    Worst company ever. I was told that the small crack in my windshield would be barely noticeable. A rock hit my windshield and the representative on the phone told me it would almost be invisible. It was a very small crack and they charged me 70$ for a crack smaller than a dime. I asked the guy why I can still see the crack, and he told me very nonchalantly, “sometimes it works, sometimes it don’t”. I called the customer service line to lodge a complaint and the lady answered and stated that she will email the “powers that be” and they will reach out to me. NO ONE called me. Waste of my time and especially my money! Very false advertising!

    Scheduled and paid in full for a windshield repair. Waited 8-1 pm and no technician showed for mobile appointment. No communication, text or call. I had to call 1800 3x to get it escalated to shop manager. A nice woman called from BR office to reschedule appointment for next day. I ended up going to shop for the repair. Gentleman at the desk Cole (may be misspelling name) was very nice and helpful. Car was ready couple hours later. Noticed leftover rubber and debris left behind and some glue caked up in right side of windshield. See attached photo. Overall, new windshield installed and no leaking from windshield.

    I had a great experience using Safelite. They were very affordable and scheduling the appointment online was very easy. I appreciated getting the cost up front when booking. I received reminder notifications when it was getting close to my appointment and the tech also texted me to give me a 30 minute notice he was on the way. I also appreciated that I received the name and picture of who would be assisting me for safety. Rodney was very personable and got everything done within an hour. All I had to do was leave the van unlocked so it was no effort on my end. I cannot think of anything that would have made the experience better and will definitely recommend others.

    Although it took 3 appointments to finish my windshield replacement, the service technicians that were assigned to my appointments were absolutely INCREDIBLE! They were so polite, respectful, helpful, etc! There’s always hiccups and bumps with anything in life and Safelite did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. The first technician got stuck at a job before mine and personally called another technician to drive out to him to get my glass and then drive to me. Unfortunately, once he arrived we had to reschedule due to time restraint. But I appreciated those two technicians trying to resolve the issue! Then, at the second appointment the technician replaced my windshield and realized after replacing that the clip on the new windshield that attaches to the front camera was broken from the factory. He was able to help me schedule the third appointment at that moment. He then came back for the third appointment and did an incredible job! Thanks to Cliff, Tylor and Rodney for such a great experience despite the multiple appointments.

    I recently had a cracked windshield and went to Safelite AutoGlass because my insurance recommended them. Even though I had heard some negative stories, I decided to give them a chance. When I arrived for my appointment on Saturday, the technician who helped me was very kind and welcoming. He made me feel comfortable about choosing Safelite. The wait time was about three hours, which I expected since they were replacing the windshield and recalibrating the glass. However, the experience went downhill after I left. It rained the night my windshield was replaced. The next morning on my way to work, I noticed everything inside my car felt damp. At first I didn’t think much of it, but once I reached highway speed, I could hear wind coming into the car even though all the windows were closed. As the rain got heavier, I could actually hear and feel water coming into my car. By the time I arrived at work, there was so much water inside that my cupholders were filled with rainwater. Since this happened on Sunday and Safelite is closed, I had to wait until Monday morning to contact customer service. It took about 30 minutes just to reach a live representative. I was understandably upset because my car interior was soaked. To their credit, customer service arranged for a technician to come out to my home to inspect the vehicle. He was the one who identified that the windshield had not been sealed properly during installation. Unfortunately, he had difficulty recalibrating the glass, so I still had to return to the same Safelite AutoGlass location that installed it incorrectly in the first place. I even had to miss work to deal with this. When I returned to the shop, not one person — including the manager — apologized for the inconvenience. They recalibrated the glass and said they shampooed my car, but the vehicle still smells musty from the water that got inside. Now I have to find somewhere else to properly clean and deodorize my carpets. Mistakes happen, but accountability and customer service matter. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking at this location. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
