  Drey was extremely helpful and kind. Helped get my appointment set up, and was attentive throughout the entire process the next day. Four just because the wait was an hour longer than I was told, but that's got nothing to do with Drey.

  DREY and the guys did an AWESOME job and provided OUTSTANDING Customer Service!! In a world where customer service is so often poor and/or failing, Drey restored my hope in customer care and pride in workmanship! I will TOTALLY be back for my tire needs, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for anyone having issues with their tires! Excellent service and friendly demeanor and smiles -- You can't beat that!!! 🤩💯💥

  I called another Mavis shop to arrange replacing all our tires after a blowout while on a trip. They told me what's available and pointed me to another this Mavis shop telling me they had the tires and availability to get this done sooner. 2 hours after my first call we were back on the road. The service was fair, friendly and quick. A small dispute over price, but they adjusted the bill without argument. I wish this shop was local to my home, but I will definitely seek out Mavis shops in the future.
