- LALyle AdkinsMar 30, 20261.0LET ME SHARE MY EXPERIENCE . I NEEDED MY EXTENDED CAB WINDOW CHANGED WHEN IT GOT BUSTED . IVE USED GRYDER BEFORE FOR A FRONT WINDSHIELD . WELL MY WIFE BRINGS IT UP THERE FOR ME CAUSE IM AT WORK DURING BUISNESS HOURS . IT GETS DONE AND WHEN I GET HOME I SEE DEEP SCRATCHES IN THE PAINT AROUND THE SIDE AND BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW LIKE DOWN TO THE METAL . I HAVE PICS OF IT BEFORE SHE WENT , WHEN SHE PULLED UP IN THE PARKING LOT AND WHEN SHE LEFT . THE REPLACEMENT DIDNT SEAL SO WE HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN THAY REPLACED THE WINDOW OR RESEALED IT , THEY TRIED TO SAY IT WAS A FAULTY WINDOW BUT HAD TO ORDER THE FIRST INSTALL BUT YET HAD ONE ON HAND TO REPLACE THE "FAULTY" GLASS . I VE SENT EMAILS WITH PICS LIKE I WAS ASKED TO DO AND IT BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD BACK ABOUT THE SCRATCHES , I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANOTHER PERSON AND IN MY FIELD I GET TO RECOMMAND TO ALOT OF PEOPLE WHERE TO BRING A VEHICLE FOR SERVICES .

Everything was as desired/expected for service work; which is too rare these days, Gryder & Kenny did an excellent job, even returning the following day to wrap up a second portion of work and leaving nothing for me to clean up. The mobile service worked great and was fairly priced.

I call the office today only to find out our work order was NEVER put in and was then asked to reschedule. Not rescheduling service with them and will not be using this service in the future! Everything was great up until then service wise, how disappointing.
