  I recently took my Honda to Grease Monkey for suspension work, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car before starting the repairs. They inspected the suspension thoroughly and made sure I understood what needed to be fixed and why. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my car now drives noticeably smoother and more stable than before. You can tell they take pride in doing quality work and making sure the customer leaves satisfied. S/O the manager Shelby and all the crew assisting!!

  My sister brought her vehicle in for a routine oil change. During the visit, she was told the rear brake pads were worn and agreed to have only the rear pads replaced. When she returned to pick up her vehicle, she was handed a $700 bill. At no point was the full scope of the work or the total cost clearly explained and approved before the repairs were completed. That is not how professional service should operate. Customers deserve clear estimates and explicit authorization before additional charges are incurred. It is deeply concerning when a customer walks in for a simple service and leaves with a bill several times higher than expected. Situations like this raise serious questions about whether proper communication procedures are being followed, or whether an unsuspecting female customer was taken advantage of. My sister is an EMT who works long hours serving this community. Transparent pricing and honest communication are basic standards of ethical business. This experience did not reflect those standards.
