  I want to pass along my gratitude to Brennan Lancois, Branch Manager at the Baton Rouge East location on Florida Ave. This is my second time renting from Brennan and both times were very positive experiences. For this rental, we showed up a little stressed and needing a car and Brennan really took care of us and put us at ease. He got us out the door and on our way without any extra hassle. We dropped off at the Baton Rouge airport location, where they charged us for a full fill-up of gas, even though the car only had 1/4 tank when we picked it up. I called Brennan and he straightened it out for us and corrected the overcharge. This is my second time renting from his location and both times were very positive experiences. Thanks, Brennan.

  I was in and out quickly, accommodated well for my last minute rental need. I didn’t make it to my 1st schedule reservation and call up to the branch to speak with Brennan, who went up above and beyond out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and taken care of. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much. Would definitely be back. I advise and recommend everyone that I know to go to the branch on Florida Boulevard near Flannery for rental need ask for Brennan.

  Out of 4 Enterprise locations in Baton Rouge, only one had any vehicle to rent, and it was only one vehicle! It was a Jeep truck, without running boards, and I’m 5 ft tall so almost impossible for me to get in. He said that he’d send me an email for the transaction, and I never got it. We returned it to another location, and was again told I’d get an email. That was yesterday. Still, no email. Yes, we double checked that the email address was correct, and I checked junk mail. I need it for reimbursement. I only chose Enterprise because the return location only has one car rental place, Enterprise.
