- AGAdrian GMar 28, 20261.0Used to coming here, been a few times. Sadly, the last time I came here I had to deal with the branch manager Alex was her name. Extremely unprofessional and rude. As a manager myself, there are better ways to talk to people. No escalation, no rudeness and then proceeds to tell me I can go to another location because she doesn’t like what I told her because of her mistakes? Unprofessional. Who do you guys hire to run these locations?

I’m thankful to have had transportation while my vehicle was in the shop but LORD that Versa nearly took me out!! Lol!! I had a hard time getting out and the driving was rough!! But the transaction of everything was a pleasure! Thank you!

They have four service stations where people can get checked in or out and only one ever in use while employees mill about and customers stack up in the waiting area. I called them while driving back from Texas and multiple times the phone was answered and immediately hung up again, and I actually managed to get into their office and speak with their manager while I was STILL on hold on the phone. She didn't seem to care that nobody there could be bothered to answer the phone which was audibly ringing throughout the building. Place is a joke. Needs new management.

Their selection of vehicles was poor and the vehicle they rented me was apparently smoked in before; they seemed to try to cover it up with cleaner and the air on full blast. Not a great experience at this place.
