  Kristin goes above and beyond to help her customers. She is a kind, positive, and hard worker and because of her, I will return to this Mavis location specifically for maintenance on my new 2024 vehicle. Having a Good person in customer service goes a long way.

  They made the entire process for my partner and I surprisingly easy from start to finish! I saw all the messaging around “no haggle”, “easy” and “hassle free” all over the place when we showed up and I initially rolled my eyes. But I was happy to learn that when they said “easy” they really meant it! Our sales guy, Nicholas, was great, very knowledgeable and patient as we checked out our options and changed our minds several times. He helped us stay out of the rain, pulling the cars around so we could stay dry. The buying process was very transparent with no mysterious back and forth and shifty numbers. The prices on the car was the price we paid and we couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend checking this place out next time you need a new ride and ask for Nicholas!

  I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I had the vehicle for two weeks and had already posted it on social media and fallen in love with it. Suddenly, I was told that the loan deal had fallen through, even though I had completed the purchase. Like why let me pull off the lot with something that wasn’t finalized. During this time, multiple hard inquiries were run on my credit without my permission as they attempted to find other lenders. On top of that, they provided me with incorrect paperwork and were about to send documents to the wrong email, which could have caused even more issues. This entire situation was extremely disorganized, stressful, and unprofessional. I hope Enterprise reviews its processes to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problems.

  Demarcus and Khristian Tucker at 6255 siegen lane in Baton Rouge la location are Truly Angels and really make sure they do their best to help you and get you in a vehicle you want for an affordable price I am definitely recommending everyone I know to go to them!!!

  As soon as my mom and I walked through the doors of enterprise we were greeted with a friendly smile, handshake, and a hello introducing himself as Mr. Randy. Mr Randy introduced us to the great salesman Mr Nick. Very very helpful, friendly, but most of all patient. Nick worked with me with finding a car that best suited my family size and something similar to what I was looking for. Mr. Randy and Nick offered refreshments while waiting. I felt like family. They worked with me and my mom to the best of their abilities. My overall experience there was a 10/10 and would always recommend enterprise car sales Baton Rouge location to anyone. Thank you again Mr Randy and Mr Nick.
