  Mr. Elliot & Najee were amazing. So welcoming & communicative of what exactly they would be doing and each step. I’m so pleased with this service. You guys are awesome & I will most definitely be back. You can tell that they only hire the best of the best and train their associates well! Thank you again guys. Y’all need a raise!

  I’ve been here like five times, and every time is a treat. I’m from Kansas and getting an oil change in a new state can be stressful but not here! We were sang too, given candy, and absolutely made the process so easy! Thank you Mamma Kathy, Elliot, and Naz :D

  I used to go to the Clearview location when I lived in New Orleans. I also used the Jefferson location right when it opened/right before I moved back to Baton Rouge a few years ago. I managed to go that long without realizing that a Valvoline opened in Baton Rouge. Let me tell you, I regret every oil change between my last Valvoline visit and today because the Baton Rouge location managed, somehow, to be an even better experience than the New Orleans area locations. Don’t get me wrong every Valvoline experience I have had has been wonderful but Mrs. Kathy and Mr. Elliot took care of me so well. They were beyond kind and wonderful and made my visit a fantastic experience. This is 100% my go-to spot from here on out. Thank y’all so much for making me feel so welcome and doing a great job keeping my old Ranger running like a dream. Thank you to Mrs. Kathy and Mr. Elliot personally for being so sweet and hospitable!

  I had a terrible and unprofessional experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location. From the start, the staff had extremely bad attitudes and treated me like I was a problem instead of a paying customer. I was refused the ability to step out of my own car to see what they were doing under my hood, which made me very uncomfortable. I was overcharged, and to make things worse, I did not receive a new air filter, even though it was supposed to be included in the service I paid for. The situation escalated when a female employee slammed my car door shut, told me I couldn’t get out, and then leaned against my car yelling at me. That behavior was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I asked for a manager, but the manager did absolutely nothing to address the situation or correct the issue. No apology, no solution, no accountability. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this location to anyone who expects professionalism or basic respect.
