- RKRF KApr 22, 20231.0It's 10:30 on a Saturday night and I just watched the two employees get into a car and drive off. Apparently this happens almost every night. I've probably gone by this location 5 or 6 times in the last month and they have been closed at least four different times. There are customers all over the parking lot right now and no employees to actually take their money. This is the level of ridiculousness we are at. Update... I called the customer service number that this representative told me to call and nothing was solved. I'm at the gas station now and there are at least four different pumps that have issues. Never mind the fact that I contacted RaceTrac customer service over 2 weeks ago about how flat and discussing their fountain drinks are and still haven't gotten a reply. Not surprisingly, it's all about online appearances these days instead of actually solving problems. Time to switch to a different gas company. I literally have so many reward points that I'm supposed to get a free drink every day, but it doesn't matter when the drinks are disgusting and the gas pumps don't work.

However, every time I go inside, the employees are loud, rude, and act completely unprofessional. There is always atleast one or two shady characters in the store flirting with the employees while they work.They have recently decided to start locking the doors every night around 8pm and only selling cigarettes or alcohol but have not posted their new hours of operation on the door or updating their hours online and I recently overheard the employees deciding amongst themselves what time they were gonna lock the doors that night. It is an inconvenience to get fuel at this location since half of the fuel pumps are broken. If you try to pay inside, the employees will tell you to move to a different pump.
