- VVVictoriaJan 4, 20261.0Female manager was INCREDIBLY rude. I bought the incorrect item, a tabacco product, and asked if we'd be able to return it as it was completely unopened. The manager proceeded to speak to me like I was an incompetent moron while she walked away and yelled across the store! It was wildly unnecessary as a simple "I'm sorry, we can't return tabacco products once they've left the building" would have sufficed. I don't know who spit in her coffee this morning but it surely wasn't me. Horrible customer service and attitude.
