Cashier contained in inappropriate behavior with homeless men in the front area by cash register. He previously made me uncomfortable by staring and sucking his mouth together like an animal asked me “how I was doing” while previously licking his lips in front of me and my husband! Disgusting! Cashier visibly seen us in distress and allowed the activity to happen. This was Monday September 2025! Recent! Please I suggest everyone to take this gas station out of your to do list! Unsafe environment and disgusting service! Keep your children and family safe! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

But today, I had probably one of the rudest, most dismissive interactions with the pulled back and buned haired, young lady behind the counter. As I approached to pay, she barely acknowledged me, nor spoke. She rang me up and didn't say my total, or perhaps she barely whispered it. Luckily I looked at the card machine for myself. But the most angering interaction happened when I asked for a bag. This --- person literally grabed one, tossed it on the counter, rolled her eyes at me and looked away!! She didnt bag my items or anything! Keep in mind that she didn't speak at all to me. And I did nothing to warrant her behaviour to me!! To avoid a confrontation, I just grabbed my items, and the bag and just left infuriated. They are plenty other Racetrac's around town. So, I think ill just patronize another one.
- NFNolan FordJul 29, 20254.0I love this RaceTrac as I work right down the road and see the workers often, they’re very friendly and I usually end up having a short conversation with one or two of them in the morning time. My only gripe is how horrendously slow the diesel pumps are. I’m not sure why, but they are literally the slowest pumps I have ever sat at. Every other RaceTrac location (I frequent Prairieville as well) seems to have reasonably quick pumps, but these things are slow as Christmas. I’m sure other people would agree. All around a great location, but please turn up the diesel pumps!

I went to use the bathroom and they wouldn't let me in but someone just like him came and they let him in. It was the most discriminatory thing I've ever experienced and all for being Latino, visibly Latino. If I could prosecute it legally I would, since it's a terrible humiliation and even more so today with the anti-racial laws that exist. But I know that if they continue with this kind of personnel it will soon pass.
