  My experience with National/Enterprise at the Baton Rouge Airport location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. There was a mix-up on my return date, which I acknowledge was my error. However, instead of receiving a simple courtesy call or professional communication to resolve the matter, I received a threatening demand email from the area manager, Larryon, referencing potential legal action. The email also claimed that multiple calls and emails had been made to me — this was simply not true. This was the first and only communication I received. Had someone contacted me directly, I would have immediately taken care of any outstanding balance. Instead, the situation was handled in an aggressive and accusatory manner that felt like an unnecessary attack on my character and financial responsibility. Customer service should prioritize communication and resolution — not intimidation. Because of the way this was handled, I will not be renting from National, Enterprise, or any affiliated companies again. I expected professionalism. What I experienced was the opposite.

  Armani was excellent. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease even helped me out by telling me about the additional damage insurance talk about value. I can't say enough good things about my experience with y'all. She really made me feel like family and told me about some of the cool things that were going on in baton while I was there. After all that she even remembered me when I brought the car back. If I had 10 people like that at my company I could retire. I really see her going places. All and all national has been the best rental experience I've had across the board I won't be using anyone else.

  Person was friendly, efficient, and customer service oriented at the check out booth and the female that checked me back in was great. I always feel welcome and in good hands using National for my rental car needs when on business and personal trips. Well done.

  Beware….. terrible customer service! We made our reservation weeks ago, and the day before we were to come and pick up our rental car THEY cancelled our reservation WITHOUT our consent!!! Like what???? Who does this, and when we called to find out what was the deal they said they don’t have any cars…… sooo you know how to take the reservation you just DON’T KNOW HOW TO HOLD THE RESERVATION!! Absolutely garbage!
