  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brock at Mavis Tires & Brakes provided incredible customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to get service this good. Highly recommend asking for Brock if you visit! 🚗👏

  Poor customer service & do bad business! They had my car since 4pm yesterday & just now calling me to come get my car the next day at 1pm because they couldn’t find the wheel lock key. Yesterday i had to contact them for an update on my car & the guy i spoke with didn't know my car was even checked in there & the car hadn’t been touch or even looked at! The guy i spoke with was disrespectful & had a very nasty attitude stating that they only had one technician at the time. They kept my car over night to still not fix my car! If they had attempted to fix my car yesterday my car wouldn't have been sitting at the shop over night for no reason! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  Needed a battery, and this Mavis was able to get me a battery installed in no time. The staff was friendly eves offering a free inspection, reminding me I needed wipers too.

  I called the Mavis on Wssen Lane to see if they had an opening today, for an oil change,which is a Sunday morning. I got there, was greeted with friendly staff. Before I could sit down and play on my phone😀, the guy said “ma’am, your vehicle is ready!” They didn’t waste any time working and getting the job done!! Thanks to ALEX, DREY, CHRIS, & JUSTIN!! Great job guys!!
