They went ahead and ordered another tire, but when I went back to replace it I believe his name was Wes, but he told me that my specific run flats were able to be plugged. He could have very easily gotten away with an entire new tire, but he went above and beyond and found out it could do with a simple patch. I truly appreciated the honesty. Cody and Wes great job!

So the following morning I went online and found a repair shop that was open. Ms Kathryn on Hilghland Road office was able to get my tire fixed. She also mentioned that I f I needed new tires that the company also has Ohio Location as NTB. I told her that I would look into this when I get back home to Ohio. Thanks again Ms Kathryn and Staff for your quick response and repairing my tire.
