Yesterday, I received a phone call from the regional manager who listened to my concerns and demonstrated genuine care about the situation. Although my brakes remain unresolved and will need to be addressed at another location, I believe it is fair to adjust this feedback based on that engagement. I am updating to 4 stars in recognition of that regional manager’s professionalism and sincerity in addressing the matter. Positive feedback is warranted when it is earned. The regional manager provides exactly the level of service I expected to receive the first time. I wish them success as he works to align all stores to provide a consistent level of service that matches the brand.
