He recommended I take it to Mavis instead. When I arrived, Randy explained that the stud was lodged in the rotor and would require extra time to remove safely. I really appreciated how he laid out different options to fix it without it "costing me an arm and a leg." He asked me to bring it back a few days later first thing in the morning so he could give it his full attention. Randy successfully repaired the stud, and I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and attention to detail. As a woman, it’s a breath of fresh air to find a technician who is honest rather than predatory. I also want to give a special shout-out to Paul at the front desk, who kept me updated throughout the process. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this Mavis location to everyone!
