Prior to driving out-of-state, I became accustomed to Mavis' friendly, courteous and professional staff when addressing my rental vehicles. Since I live close to the 100 Wooddale Boulevard location, I often used it for my rental car needs. Recently, I visited the location to repair a flat tire. As usual, Mavis' staff were knowledgeable, efficient and expeditious in addressing my needs. Today, I visited with battery concerns. I had gone to AutoZone for battery, alternator and starter checks. All passed with flying colors. However, I was told to check my battery connections. I visited Mavis to purchase new battery connections. To my surprise, Mavis' staff cleaned my battery connections and sent me on my way. Today's actions far exceeded my expectations. They only highlight why Mavis Tires &.Brakes will be where I take my vehicle for automotive repairs and service, moving forward. Mavis Tires & Brakes' staff exemplify honesty, integrity and trustworthiness, qualities that I thought were lost in customer service.
