From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. They got started on the car quickly and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. The service was also quick and efficient. Chuck, the service manager, took the time to explain everything clearly to me, and Michael showed me the old brake pads and made helpful recommendations for parts that may need attention in the near future. They even assessed the tires and did a full safety inspection to make sure everything was in great shape before I left. Even the guy who comes in to all of the local Mavis shops to clean came in while I was waiting. He was kind and made conversation with the customers too. I’m so appreciative of the entire team for their honesty, communication, and top-tier customer service. It’s rare to find a place of business that truly cares about both the car and the customer.
