- TCtrevior christyNov 7, 20251.0At 8am Thursday morning I arrived to grease monkey because my car wouldn’t start so I got it towed their Lucien the mechanic told me to come at that time ,my car wouldn’t start for some reason so I thought it was the battery an I have a warranty on my battery thru grease monkey soon as I made it their one of the techs look at my car without diagnosing it and told me that I needed a fuel pump which was $530 so whenever I brought my car there, Lucien the mechanic said he changed the fuel pump and that wasn’t the problem so they tested my starter and my crankshaft position sensor come to find out that didn’t work either so they gave up so I got my car towed to another mechanic shop and the mechanic just called me and said that grease monkey left several things unplugged in my jeep and they didn’t put my crankshaft position sensor in correctly I sat at grease money from 8am-2pm I would never go back to grease monkey don’t no one go their to get car work,they misdiagnosed cars
