Was told "oh those aren't in stock, but we do have these other tires in stock at the warehouse across the street." Cool, that's fine. I just need new tires before weekend. Drive 15 minutes to place. Proceed to wait inside for about 15 minutes. Girlfriend drives 15 minutes to come pick me up, except she doesn't need to... I get told tires are not in stock and can't be obtained until monday. Last I checked, monday is before weekend. The prior phone conversation had started, and stopped and was highlighted by "I just need the tires before the weekend" Drive 15 minutes back to my home. Spend 15 minutes writing this review. Thanks for wasting my time. I hope I save someone else time with this post. They seem understaffed given the wait, and the minimal effort to sell me on a 3rd type of tire. FYI, I am sure this place is just fine if you can catch them when they aren't busy. I mean, its not like they lied and let me drop off my car. I can respect that. Could have gone worse you know? But if I go back, I'd want to see the physical tires, before leaving my car there. In fact, I probably wouldn't leave my car there overnight, or for any longer than an hour. I also wouldn't believe what anyone says over the phone about "getting it from the warehouse across the street." But again, I do appreciate the eventual honesty. I don't appreciate wasting my time, and my gf time.

I was able to visit Goodyear Siegen location and had a few issues with my vehicle not knowing I needed a set of new tires. I met Mr. Glenn and he was able to assist me with the purchase of new tires, and an oil change. Very professional & knowledgeable I must say. I was worried 😔 I wouldn’t make it for my meeting in time, but with their great communication, and empathy everything was a breeze. I definitely will back for my next oil change. Thank you 😊
