  I was panicked when my car needed unexpected service. Mel and John were the most polite,professional and knowledgeable service technicians I’ve ever dealt with -I would give them 10 stars if I could -thank you so much for your help. You definitely have a customer for life.

  I've only visited the store once, which happened to be this morning. I arrived at the store minutes after opening time (7am) and encountered a rude encounter with a staff member who I assume might've been the manager. After discussing my issue and seeking his assistance, he continously responded by saying, "There's nothing I can do until my guys get here" to various questions I asked. He was very dismissal and sarcastic. Relunctant to even help beyond repeating the same thing to me. Not sure if he was having the best morning but I do hope he's not like this every morning.

  This place has the most professional and knowledgeable staff and mechanics. I have been here few times for regular maintenance and they always offer a great price. I never have to worry if they make me pay for something not needed. Last time I had a flat tire and I first went to another place because it was nearby. This place (not Goodyear) tried to make me buy a new tire. This was a relatively new tire, I didn’t believe them and I drove straight to Goodyear. They repaired my tire at no cost and called my phone for pickup when ready. One of the guys even loaded the tire on my trunk. I was so impressed with their service. i will go back there for any service without hesitation. This is a very well deserved five star to the whole team. Thanks Guys.

  I've bout a few sets of tires and brakes from them. Great service everytime and quick to get me back on the road. Have even patched a few tires for free that I bought there. I will continue to use them.

  My daughter is an out of state student attending a nearby university. She has a 16 year-old car that has now needed to be towed twice now, and this Goodyear location has serviced the car twice now. They are skilled, kind, and the prices are fair. The turnaround time was exceptional as she has a busy schedule and needed the car back ASAP and they were able to take care of the issues quickly. As a parent living 2,000 miles away, I can’t recommend this business enough for taking care of their customers so well. Thank you so much, Goodyear!
