- MBMildred BunchAug 15, 20251.0They sold me a 3 bank charger that was defective. Paid plenty for it. Took back 3 times while still under warranty. All they could tell me was to take it back home and put it on a charger for each battery! WHAT? I bought an expensive 3 bank charger for convenience while I was fishing! Now it has completely gone out. Won’t be back to them! Also, The foot pedal on my trolling motor was very hard to operate, I had them look at it twice! They never could seem to fix the cable or whatever the problem was. I still paid dearly, but their “work”. Will not be going back to these guys! BEWARE!!!
- ATAl TonguisMar 31, 20235.0I bought a new to me boat a 2019 NauticStar and started calling multiple places ( 8 places I called) and Front 2 Back was the only one that would talk to me and listen to everything I wanted done. The other places acted like I was bothering them and were RUDE! Mr. Devon and Mr. Ken were very nice and went out of their way to make sure it was done and done right. They custom built me a quick release bracket for a Ulterra trolling motor that I bought from them and installed it. They even updated all my electronics and checked things out. The other staff have also been extremely nice. I was so pleased with them, I am having them trick out my electronics and network everything together and change out all my lead acid batteries to lithium batteries. Great Work, Great People!!!
- JSJ SAug 3, 20201.0This place is horrible brought my boat three times in a row told me it was fixed went to the coast would not run brought it back kept it for another month told me it was fixed all the way to the coast it wouldn't run brought it back again same thing the third time .then they took it to the river without my knowledge to run it whenever I went to pick it up the graphics was scarred up on the side where his head hit the pier which they deny doing long story short it costing me $3, 000 a lot of work for nothing still had to bring it to a real mechanic to get it fixed that only cost me $500 with he told me he would not let them work on a weed eater stay away from this place they are not engine mechanics they are a boat shop they shouldn't tell people they are mechanics when they are not
