The car needed an oil change, and Jacob did an amazing job of carrying me through that process and checking all of the necessary functions on the car to ensure that my car passed the safety check. My windshield was also cleaned. Chris told me this station was a training center for Express Oil. I am not surprised! The car was making a funny noise upon cranking today after I made the 2 hour journey. Chris and Jacob noticed this as well. They were quick to assess the issue & reconnect an air supply line that had separated from its source and lost its vacuum seal. I was so excited that the jumping immediately ceased in the engine of the car. I was so grateful for these two very competent, kind and intuitive employees meeting my needs so quickly! Excitedly, I reported to my son-in-law that everything was fine ! I am so blessed that I visited the Greystone location today. I told them that I would be back and they told me even if I didn’t have to have another oil change right away just drive by and say “hello!” I also overheard how compassionate they were to another elderly person that came to the shop while I was there. In this day and age, that is a beautiful rare observance. God bless you, Jacob & Chris! You both made my week!
