Add in the approaching holiday season and you get rentals for road trips and family transport for your extended family from out of town. Make your reservation online for your own peace of mind and efficiency. You can check in upon arrival online, as well. Our location was fighting to stay above water with the customers on site. Darrian (sp?) was making the desk solo. The maintenance staff were doing whatever they could to keep the scene smooth. 5 stars for an understaffed outlet that was steadily working the queue. Big shout out to Darrian, an excellent employee in a real pinch. We got in and out in a reasonable time. It was probably the best experience on what was otherwise a pretty difficult day.

Three times in a row now I have booked a reservation well in advance just to find out at the last possible moment that there is not actually a car for me to rent. This is absolutely unacceptable, and what an awful position to put a customer in with a car in the shop, and thanks to you all, no rental either. So disappointing.
