My original reservation was with Budget, however they’d left before I arrived to their ticket counter. Davis was very welcoming and expressed empathy when I told him that the Budget counter was closed. He said, I’ll take care of you…that statement alone relieved all of my anxiety over the absence of Budget staff. The vehicle was excellent, clean and no issues. It helped that is was practically new. Upon returning the vehicle, I was warmly greeted WITH A SMILE by the agent, who also inquired about my experience. The agent explained that I might get a survey, but I knew I would and was already thinking about responding with my very positive experience with the staff at BTR. I don’t plan on renting with anyone else besides Enterprise, whether in BTR or any other destination. I’ve rented from you before, but my interaction with the BTR crew was so good, I’m now going to be loyal to Enterprise whenever possible. Great staff!

Then when I returned the vehicle, Myra was who I returned the vehicle to. She was so sweet and personable and made the already wonderful experience even better! Overall, i would definitely rent from this location and Enterprise again!
