Your slogan is “We’ll pick you up!” except you didn’t. Strike one.
My fiancé arrived expecting basic service and instead was met with unnecessary resistance. A valid physical driver’s license, though slightly bent, was fully scannable and functional. He also presented LA Wallet, a legitimate digital ID recognized in Louisiana, yet it was flatly rejected with no reasonable explanation or attempt at accommodation.
As a result, he was forced to make an unexpected trip to the DMV to obtain a duplicate license just to rent a car. This ordeal caused him to arrive two hours late for work, resulting in lost time, increased stress, and reduced productivity. All because of inflexible policies and poor customer service.
This experience was frustrating, inefficient, and completely avoidable. Between the misleading slogan, lack of courtesy, and zero effort to help a paying customer, this was a terrible experience overall. He will not be returning, and we will not recommend this location to anyone who values their time.

I have encountered a level of service at this establishment that is both unprofessional and dismissive of customer needs. During my recent interaction, I was treated with a lack of respect, which I believe stemmed from my assertive communication with the staff. A representative required me to return home to provide a physical payment method for verification, but failed to inform me that additional documentation would also be necessary. This oversight led to further complications, as the request for an address verification was made only after my initial departure.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction and indicated my intention to report this matter, the representative responded unfavorably, providing only the initials "MQ" as identification. My attempts to escalate this issue to Management, specifically to Jaxon P. Delcambre, went unanswered, leaving me feeling even more frustrated.
I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their options, especially in urgent situations. It is unfortunate to feel compelled to share my experience with friends and family, but I believe it is important for others to be aware of the service quality provided by this company.
