  This place is very chaotic inside with not enough workers for the amour of customers. Their selection of vehicles was poor and the vehicle they rented me was apparently smoked in before; they seemed to try to cover it up with cleaner and the air on full blast. Not a great experience at this place.

  They only get three stars because of the unit I had. Enterprise personnel were great! I’ll definitely rent from them again.

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my most recent rental experience at your location. I have been renting from this branch for many years, but this last visit was by far the worst experience I have encountered. When I arrived to pick up my rental, the wait time was approximately an hour and a half before I was finally called to be placed in a vehicle. The first vehicle presented to me was dirty on the outside, with visible dirt around the body, and the interior was not thoroughly cleaned. When I raised concerns about the vehicle’s condition, the representative informed me that she could place me in another vehicle, but she was about to go to lunch. As a result, I was left waiting even longer. I then spoke with another employee at the counter, who stated that they had attempted to place me in several vehicles, which was not accurate. Eventually, I was placed in a small SUV. I explained that I would have preferred a vehicle similar to the one I originally requested; however, by that point I was pressed for time and needed to get on the road. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was given had a cracked windshield, an unhitched front bumper on both sides, and an interior that was still not completely clean. This is unacceptable and very displeasing, especially as a long-time customer who has consistently chosen this location for rentals. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in this branch. I strongly encourage management to address the excessive wait times and ensure that vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and ready for customers upon pickup. I sincerely hope that no other customers have to endure a similar experience.

  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. The entire team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely hospitable from start to finish. Carlton, Preston, and Kyle all went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Bill was also very kind and professional in driving me back, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism and warm customer service truly stood out. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process. Highly recommend Enterprise on Siegen Lane BR.

  greatest experience renting so far. As a long time airport rental user , this location has swayed me, I got the car before close on a Saturday in the pouring rain & everyone was still helpful & pleasant. Upon returning LAWRENCE was absolutely a Godsend , returning the car was so easy and he was kind to a frazzled mom & her 2 kids. All in all I would DEFINITELY recommend renting from this location.
