- MGMichelle Guillory5 days ago1.0Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a company that SCAMS their customers. This company will accuse the customer of damages to their vehicles. Always take photos of the damages to the vehicle prior to taking it off the lot. Most importantly make sure they email you the damage report while you are still at the facility. Do your research on this company and the many times they have attempted to defraud insurance companies. They never return calls nor respond to emails regarding their fraud tactics to file claims with these insurance companies to repair their vehicles. There are other rental car companies out there, choose those others.

Was told the day before they had a car reservation and someone will pick me up at the body shop. Took 45 minutes to pick me up. I was 1 mile away from enterprise. Then they didn't have any cars after I was picked up. So far it has been 3 hours and I still have not been put in a car. This is a sorry operation with nothing but excuses.

Brennan made sure I didn't have any questions regarding my rental prior to my leaving the lot. My rental was very clean. Upon returning my rental, Lawrence asked if I had any issues with my rental and made sure I wasn't leaving any personal items behind. I will definitely use the Seigen Lane Enterprise Car location should I need to rent a vehicle again. The Seigen Lane staff is courteous and professional.
