  The lady with the locs and beard growing in told me they don’t offer FREE OBD testing. I had to drive to another autozone for them to do it. Very much of an inconvenience.

  Charles deserves a raise‼️ he did an amazing job !! Helped me figure out why my headlights weren’t working, & he even helped me install them cold and all lol . Great custom service ‼️

  Charles and Emanuel at the Burbank Baton Rouge location were tip top salesman, very helpful, & greeted me upon arrival. The helped me pick out new windshield wipers and installed them. This Auto Zone should be thankful to have such great employees such as these two.

  TJ at AutoZone on Burbank was amazing! He went above and beyond helping me with my windshield wipers. Not only did he make sure I got the right size, but he also installed them quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable — great customer service all around! Thanks, TJ!
