I walked in I stood there for a few minutes before anyone asked me what I needed. I was the only customer in there at the time. I go in to get my service lights checked an older lady one of the employees tell me that she can't check it. I was like okay don't worry about it I will just go somewhere else. I had to come back to the location after going somewhere else to get my service light checked because the part I needed they had. I go back to buy the part I needed so I tell the manager about my experience with the older lady/employee. The manager tells me that oh she's just a blunt person everybody says that she has bad customer service that's not an excuse because you are a blunt person you're in customer service. She may need to look for a different job. Especially if you getting multiple customers complaining about her approach and her customer service.. This location NEEDS to work on customer service...
