I say that because how do a auto parts store that sale car scanners cannot assist potential customers because their scanner is broke. Something not adding up. But since they couldn't assist they suggest I go down the street to a competitor. Okay well your competition was able to assist and I needed several items which I did purchase. Which means you lost out on a profit for your company.
