Always been super easy and nice, now there are new managers who don't care about customer satisfaction at all. I bought a jack and stand recently that I wasnt able to actually use because the stand wasnt high enough and the jack kept sliding during use. I just tried to return in and without any questions was told "if it's been used I can't accept it". It didn't matter that the only use was opening the box and setting it down. That's $120 down the drain. If anybody wants to buy a "used" stand and jack, I have one now apparently.

Then found the master switch needs to be replaced. If the store carried the part, he would have replaced it! Thanks Harley for your persistence and expertise!
