  Caroline found a battery that fit my car, she changed my battery. She was very professional, knowledgeable about my Kia Soul and was very helpful in my time of need. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

  They got new people in but everybody is friendly and willing to help and open about their limits when helping customers. If there is something that is out of their expertise they refer you to competent businesses that do offer the service the customer is requesting. Thank you for the help!

  I went to this auto zone to replace l my battery. Caroline was super helpful! She found me a battery that will work for my car and although they couldn't do the install there they helped me get next door where they could. I appreciated the great customer service!
