I took the keys to the lot and the car would not open or start (not issues before). I finally got the car in late Nov. Meanwhile, my husband's 2019 XC40 has poor alignment (purchased brand new in July) and they have used the excuse of not having proper software to fix it. Every person I've dealt with on the customer service side has been unhelpful and just given excuses.
