I ended up buying the part from Volvo online to go oem and had a mechanic replace and it took literally less than 20 minutes. I expected a price markup because it’s the dealer but man that’s the most ridiculous estimate I’ve ever received. Super dishonest! Sad they perpetuate the stereotype about shady dealerships. I advise you to stay away
