  The car I received was nice and clean overall, although I was scheduled to pick the car up at 9:30 I didn’t get it until 11:06 customer service is great , but need to be more organized.

  I love renting with Enterprise because it gives me the chance to test-drive different vehicles and decide what kind of car I might want to purchase in the future. Since my personal car has issues from time to time, renting is always a great option. I’m really glad I’m able to rent with Enterprise, and I’ll definitely choose you guys again! The professionalism and customer service from Aaliyah and Ellis are always top-notch. Keep up the great work, team!

  Excellent customer service from Roderick at the West Monroe, LA location & Aaliyah at the Bastrop, LA location. They worked together to solve a reservation issue that was out of their control & I was taken care of in the end. Kudos to them both!
