AND to pick me up at the repair shop at 9 AM. again they would be there. Had to wait at the shop for almost an hour. Then when I got to Enterprise. No SUV. AND HAD TO WAIT 2 hours to finally get a small car. According to them they were detailing. I received it all wet and NOT CLEAN. worse experience ever. And 2 other couples were there with the same experience.absolutely worse service ever
