  Worse experience with service center in 6 yrs. Spoke with service manager and all he says oh was just trying to get you out and done. If my car needed something done then you should have made me aware and ASKED if I wanted to get it done. I come here for a reason. I’m not a mechanic I bring it to you to fix. Now I have to make an appointment to bring it back when it was already there and being worked on. No Thank You. Don’t assume anything

  Poor communication coming from their end. Making me buy a $2000 srs part that I don't need when they just have to reprogram the sensor. Delaying my refund. When I try to call most of the time im on hold for 15/20 minutes and no service provider (Emily Curry) to answer or im sent straight to voicemail. They are not that busy to not be at the phone efficiently.

  Brought my truck in (2005 4Runner) in March to have tires mounted and balanced and TPMS installed. While there requested to have it inspected as it was a new to me truck. Got the ticket back saying there were 9 critical items that needed to be performed. The items are as follows: Rear hatch motor out ($849.50) Battery service ($57.14) Coolant service flush and replace ($207.69) Transmission service flush and replace ($283.97) Spark plug replacement ($389.96) Front diff service flush and replace ($191.12) Rear diff service flush and replace ($191.12) Fuel induction service ($202.61) Headlamp restore ($192.12) When asked how these were determined, I was told the spark plugs looked old and needed to be changed as did the fluids. Also the headlights are faded and need to be stored. The issue with all of this (and what I explained to the advisor), was that I had performed the majority of that myself. When I first purchased the truck I did a bumper to bumper job on it. Including, but not limited to: New battery (June date code) and the service as for corrosion that was cleaned and coated prior to service. New timing belt which included water pump, pulleys, tensioner, and NEW coolant. New transmission fluid, filter, and gasket. 8 new spark plugs Replaced front and rear diff fluid Headlights purchased also in December. All told the truck had less than 20 miles on it (fixing other items and just side project). Explained this ti service person and his response was since I did it at home it wasn’t showing up in computer so that’s why things were recommended. I countered with the fact that he just said things physically looked or were old. No response. I feel that they typed in the VIN, saw that it hadn’t been at a dealership on some years and looked at miles (108k), and just threw everything at it to cover all bases. No actual check of anything was performed. Looking at the actual inspection sheet there are several areas that are just blank (no status check or numerical value). So all in all avoid using this dealership for inspections as they’ll throw on a bunch of items that don’t need to be done in hopes they can get extra money off the ticket. I think there’s a disconnect between the service technicians and the advisor. Don’t waste your money. I know there’s always the risk of being upsold at dealerships but to do it for something as obvious as spark plugs (one electric clip, a 10mm bolt for coil, and then pull plug) to verify they’re good or bad…. Is just nuts. The entire passenger side wasn’t even checked because airbox hadn’t been removed because pollen was still coving coils on that side. Tires were mounted and TPMS installed so that’s a win, beyond that, I don’t think anything was actually checked.

  I absolutely love the walker toyota family ❤️ Chance is the best. He never hesitates getting you taken care of. He will literally stop what he is doing to make sure you are welcomed in and tended to. I absolutely love how kind and considerate he is. I cannot recall 1 time that I've seen him and he wasn't smiling. Whether it be at Walker or in passing somewhere in town. What you see is what you get. A truly amazing person!
