  In the last twenty years I've bought eight automobiles from Walker (6 Sorentos, 1 Sportage and 1 Mazda Miata. I always service them at Walker, just as I did my Sportage today. Walker has brought Kia into the Future at their new location on Coliseum Blvd. The dealership is awesome, spacious and well appointed. I called in for an appointment a couple of days ago for an oil change and "Spring" checkup. I was greeted at the door with a friendly "welcome," quickly checked in, and about 1 hour later drove away a satisfied customer. There is a large waiting area with coffee and snacks, and a large show room with beautiful cars just waiting to be sold. I have always been a loyal customer, and after the experience today, that will not change. However, I do have a recommendation. I was not approached once by a sales representative as a potential customer. I even made myself obvious as I checked out each show room vehicle with interest. I especially enjoyed the new KIA on display. I mentally traded in my excellent Sportage Turbo, agreed with what I would get for it, and added a cash payment (no financing, no interest) for the new one. It would have been a sweet deal although I don't need another car. As a former door-to-door salesman, literally as a teenager, and a Credit Sales Manager as an older adult, I always viewed everyone as a customer. That said. Walker KIA is highly recommended.

  Just purchased my 2026 Kia k5 GT-Line!! I love it so much. Special thank you to Mrs. April Clark and everyone who helped make my dream come true! It was a very smooth process and they were right there every step of the way.

  Their staff is very nice and professional. They let me know upfront what issue I had with my car. All the costs were detailed and I wasn’t pressured into paying for anything I didn’t want or couldn’t handle at the time.

  I can’t say enough good things about Blaise Desselles, Mikie Arnold, and the whole crew at Walker Kia! I called them by accident, just wanting to ask about a vehicle, right as they were closing. Blaise answered, and instead of being pushy, he and Mikie actually cared. After a terrible experience at another dealership, I was frustrated, but they turned it all around. Blaise told me he’d call by 9:30 the next morning, and at 9:15, my phone rang. Within 2 hours I was driving my new car. They are not your typical sales team… they truly care. I walked in a stranger and left with some awesome friends. I couldn’t be more grateful! ❤️🏆

  I have been looking at the Kia Telluride for a long time, and finally decided to go and test drive one at our local Kia dealership in Alexandria, Louisiana. My husband and I spoke with Brad Racine Jr. and asked if he could find a specific model Telluride for us. Not only could hefind the model, but he found the gray Wolf color I wanted. The X Pro Prestige he sold us is amazing. Kia stepped up their design and engineering game. We recommend them for going above and beyond while staying in communication with us and having the entire staff treat us with kindness and professionalism. Robin also took additional time to find us a favorable rate very close to the target we wanted. There was never any buyers remorse. On the next day when I picked it up, they did an excellent job with detailing And washed it. I will highly recommend my friends and family to come to Walker Kia In the future.
