  After a terrible experience with another rental company, I drove over to this one. I was greeted by the sweetest crew and drove away in a rental within 15 minutes. The return process was just as great! I use rental cars frequently for work, and this was the best experience I've ever had! I really appreciate them and will be using them again!

  It has been 2 years using enterprise. This location has the worst service. I came in and checked in. 5 people came after me and everyone got a car except me. I waited for more than 1 hour at the rental. They look at me and just smile. I don't recommend this location. They don't care about your time.

  Poor service had me going from store to store made it seem like they had the vehicle just to make me show up and say they don’t have anything not even my reservation yet I have the email saying ready for pickup this is has to be the worst establishment I’ve ever dealt with all of the enterprise stores in and around Alexandria have poor management skills they need to do better and be a little more organized

  I have used enterprise for years but after my experience the other day I will never again! They tried to tell me I had a dent in my vehicle when I returned it! I couldn’t see it and neither could my wife! I took videos and disputed the claim but they said it was a dent! I contacted corporate and told them what happened and then two days later I receive a call saying they are not pursuing the claim! They were trying to scam me is what it was! The guy who lied about the dent was last name Marcental or maybe different spelling! Imagine how many scams they get away with! Be careful renting cars from here! Hertz, Avis and Budget are not far away! Update after the generic response that they do to every person the link they sent me is to the enterprise website and when you click on it there is no contact form. This is horrible wait to do business Lisa!
