He didn’t just do his job — he made sure I felt supported and understood throughout the entire process. That kind of compassion is rare, and it truly made a stressful situation a little easier to handle. Thank you, Dillon, for your kindness and professionalism. It did not go unnoticed.

  Car is not good has stains on seats. Air conditioner doesn't work when it is hot outside. Worst experience I ever had. Had to wait 1 hour for dropoff. They don't let me switch car at pick up.

  worst manager ever and was just rude and took my keys because my original payment i used to get the rental with was my cash app and he tells me they cant accept that payment. he took my keys left the vehicle unlocked and left for close i evn ofdered cash and begged to at least let me come back as soon as they opened at 730/in the am but he refused. i told him i had two kids to go and get from school n all he evwn refused any payment i offered. i called back the next day he told me i wouldnt get another car if it was left up to him
