I most recently needed an oil change and to have a front bumper hitch cover (??) replaced because it kept coming loose and hanging down. I called in advance and provided the part number, and they had it waiting when I got there. I am not bashing any other dealerships, but there are two that are closer to my home that simply do not use because of the trust and respect that I have for the technicians and staff at Walker BMW. They have proven themselves time and time again!
