  Vehicle was not in an assigned space so I and to use the panic button on the remote to find it on the lot. Otherwise, the experience was positive. Staff were friendly and the late model minivan was very clean.

  The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. The inventory is usually excellent and it's an easy to access location.

  Vehicle that I requested wasn't there. Clerk was rude and snappy. She gave no greeting and did not smile even one time. She was so rude I had to wonder if she was someone with a grudge against me. She asked for my id, then asked for a credit card for additional id. How is a credit card an id? She already had my drivers license. I'm checking daily for the additional charges that they are bound to stick me with. The whole transaction left me with zero trust for National. The vehicle was nice and clean and I made sure to return it the same way. Overall I just can't recommend them. It's not the type encounter needed after a long flight.

  Great experience at the Alexandria airport, National Car Rental counter and with the car. Fast paperwork and pick up at the counter, great driving car, and fast, flawless check-in.

  Very fast service to get vehicle keys. MPG with the vehicle we had was amazing, driving well over 200 miles and didn't even use a half tank. This would have been 5 stars, but there was trash in the vehicle, in the middle compartment which we ended up throwing away. Other than that, everything else was all good.
