I was told several different things by employees, which was understandable, but yesterday, an employee refused service to me after I asked a question. This employee was very rude, and I did not appreciate it. I let him know what someone had told me yesterday, which contradicted what he was telling me, (just trying to figure out what was going on) and he says very rudely to me “no one told you that, I was standing right there yesterday!!” As if he was calling me a liar. I let him know that I never said it was told to me yesterday, but today on the phone. He was very rude, and I was just asking questions trying to understand when I would be able to be put in a vehicle, I also asked about pricing, because the insurance was not going to cover just any vehicle. I’m never rude to anyone, and I was not, and I encourage someone to listen to this call and hear it for yourself. My car was booked on the 16th and it’s the 23rd. I still don’t have one. I went there 3 different days because they told me they’d have a car. Then yesterday, The employee who called himself, Timothy, Which I think was a made up name, refused service to me and told me that he would not rent me a car. I asked to speak to someone in charge and he said that he ran this operation. He told me the supervisors name was Clay Muckelroy. He told me to call a different location, and that the MacArthur location would not rent to me.
