    Recently I rented a vehicle from Enterprise on Sterkx Road in Alexandria, LA. The two gentlemen that assisted me in the office were efficient, professional, and friendly. Thanks to Dylan, Josh, and the young lady who drove me back the collision repair shop I was able to feel confident, safe, and well taken care of. Great job, Guys!

    Booked a vehicle a month in advance and 30 minutes before the pickup time I get a call saying they don’t have what I reserved available. I finally get in touch with the reservation department they tell me they have one available at another location 34 miles away, when I get to that location they didn’t have a vehicle either, now they will not take my calls at all.

    There was a couple complications me and my wife didn't know about in the beginning but the Enterprise Rent-A-Car employees was there the whole way through and was very patient! due to their kindness and employees that was working, me and my wife had a wonderful 1st anniversary with a great reliable vehicle they let us use for our difficulties 100% would recommend great people.
