    Sometimes you just have to allow your service and product speak for itself. During my recent enterprise rental service, I received the utmost quality of service and professional courtesy.     This is specific to enterprise on Sterkx road. We all know how inconvenient it is to get a rental and that is no fault of the enterprise workers but it is really frustrating when you cannot get anyone on the phone to schedule for a rental. I tried for several days and eventually had to go in person to get one scheduled. Once I finally get the vehicle it reeks of marijuana, the low tire pressure light is on, and a low windshield washing fluid message keeps popping up. Again I am trying to get someone on the phone to get this situation fixed but I cannot get anyone on the phone. This is more trouble than it’s worth.

    Enterprise never disappoints. Excellent business for renting a vehicle anywhere in the US. I have used them all over the US. Do not use another vehicle rental company. Alexandria LA EnterprIse was like all other offices I have used excellent service courteous professional efficient. Josh was great. A pleasure to do business. Looking forward to working with him ag.ain.
